How Can I Join Spectrum FCU?

Membership in Spectrum Federal Credit Union is open to:

• people living in select communities.
• employees (and families) of the companies listed on our field-of-membership page.
• 'immediate family members' and any relative by blood or marriage, or foster and adopted children regardless of their current place of residence; including 'unmarried partners of members who regularly cohabit for familial purposes' (quoted from Spectrum's Field-of-Membership Charter).
• any person who is a member of Financial Fitness Association (NOTE: Membership in Financial Fitness Association is not limited by employer group or geography). There is a cost of $5 for a Financial Fitness Association annual membership. To join, visit their website.

Joining Spectrum FCU is simple!

You may do one of the following:

• Print out a Spectrum FCU Signature Card. Complete it (both sides) and send it back with a check (Be sure to keep a copy for your reference) and a copy of your picture ID. For your files and for your general knowledge, you may also download and print a copy of Spectrum's fee schedule and Privacy notice.
• Complete an Online Membership Agreement Application, and send in your signed Spectrum FCU Signature Card. If you complete the online application, you only have to print and sign the signature card so we have your signature on file. You need not duplicate information you've already provided on the online application. Just send in your signed Signature Card. Be sure to review the document with your signature on it and complete any items not covered by the online application.
• You may email us to request an application. Or visit our branch office to obtain a membership application.
• For each of these methods, you will need to provide photo ID and a $5 nonrefundable membership fee.

NOTE: A minimum of $25 must be maintained in your share (savings) account at all times. These funds remain yours, and dividends are paid on this account.

You have a lifetime membership in Spectrum Federal Credit Union...even if you move or change employers. As long as you retain the minimum share (savings) balance, you will always have the benefits of credit union membership with you.
