More and more bank customers are leaving the world of high fees and poor service, and find their needs better served by credit unions.

In Frederick, Maryland, the Frederick News-Post interviewed Spectrum branch manager Cindy Hobbs about the influx of new members.

"Our business has definitely picked up..." Cindy is quoted. "We had a (branch manager) meeting last week, and everyone was experiencing the same thing. People seem to be upset particularly with Bank of America's $5 debit card fee."
