NEW: ADDITIONAL SECURITY FOR YOUR SPECTRUM ACCOUNTS.

Effective February 1, 2012, a new security feature will be added to Spectrum's PAL (Personal Account Link) pc banking, requiring members to use an additional security code to complete certain transactions.

During the regular PAL Sign-On process (after Feb. 1), members will be asked to enroll a Secondary Password in order to complete Bill Payer, Check Withdrawals, Personal Information Changes, Transfers and Personal Security Question Changes.

Enrolling and creating your Secondary Password will be easy. The first time you log into PAL (beginning February 1st), you will be prompted to make the change. After you agree to the terms and conditions, create your password and make a note of it. When you complete certain transactions within PAL, you'll be asked to enter your Secondary Password.
