Call 800-782-8782 (or 415-701-3500) and follow the prompts. (NOTE: first-time SAM-24 users must use their Social Security Number as their password. After this, they'll be prompted through selection of a new password.) With SAM-24 you can: Use the Rate HotLine for current rate information Make account inquiries Transfer funds between accounts Make loan payments Find out cleared check and deposit information How To Use SAM-24: First, you need to use a touchtone telephone. SAM-24 will not work using a rotary dial phone. Dial 800-782-8782 (if you are out of the U.S., you may dial, 415-701-3500), and press 4 to enter SAM-24. Now, press 3 for voice response. Enter your Spectrum account number, the first two letters of your last name followed by the # symbol. You'll be asked for your 4-digit password (which will be your social security number if you're a first time user*). Now, you'll be prompted through the various SAM-24 account options! (*NOTE: SAM-24 will prompt you through password selection if you do not have a specific SAM-24 password.)
