Spectrum Global Account Scholarship Program The Spectrum FCU Global Account Scholarship is awarded annually to two graduating high school students and two students already enrolled and attending an accredited college or university. It is open to any Spectrum FCU member, 18-25 years old, and who has a Spectrum FCU Global or My Life Account. Applications must be postmarked no later than May 31st, 2008. 2008 Scholarship Application
